A comprehensive 3-year or 300,000km factory warranty on all Higer vehicles, along with a 10 year 800,000km High Voltage Battery warranty coverage, and 5-year paint and corrosion warranty.

• Basic Factory warranty applies from warranty start date or from date of vehicle registration, whichever comes first
• Warranty terms apply only to faults that are caused by confirmed manufacturing defect in material, manufacture or design
• Faults related to damage, misuse, improper servicing or maintenance, and normal wear and tear of items, are not covered by the basic factory warranty
• Warranty period of friction plate of clutch is 12 months or 12,500 miles/20,000km (whichever comes first).
• Warranty period of tyre is 30 days under normal use
• Warranty period of battery is 24 months or 12,500 miles/20,000km (whichever comes the first) under normal use and the defect shall be governed by detection results of battery detector.
• Glass products shall be warranted for discoloration, optical distortion, bubble and layering due to material and manufacturing process within 30 days after vehicle purchase.
• Every class of oil (grease), brake fluid, engine coolant fluid, bulbs, lampshade, fuses, wiper blades, fuel injector, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter, paint peel, cracking etc caused by user or climatic conditions shall not be warranted.
• Brake friction linings shall not be warranted except for material failure within 3 months or 3,000 miles/5,000km (whichever comes the first).
